Ingredients:
3.0kg
    light dry malt

0.5kg Crystagrain (145ebc)

100g     Cascade hops (6.9% alpha)
Yeast: Dry yeast – Safale S-04
Yeast Starter: No


Brewing instructions:

1.5L water @ 72 keep at 65-66 for 1h

Sparge with 2L water @ 76-78

Add Dry malt and bring to boil for 1hr

Hop schedule

18g for 60mins

9g for 35mins

9g for 30mins

18g for 15mins

18g for 1min

28g dry hopped (added to fermenter)

Fermentation:

1 day primary @ 24 degrees

4 days primary @ 20 degrees

Racked for 1 day

Bottling/conditioning:

Bulk primed with light dry malt – 11g per litre

 

Extra notes:

Used 5g of finings to clear beer during racking state
